Resolved: Fraude com cartão de crédito
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The Amazon Brasil cancelled the subscription to Amazon Prime that was done by fraud.
There was other stuff bought by fraud.
But my bank account insurance paid me back what I lost to fraudster. Amazon Brasil is investigating yet.
